Choose whether you want to train through regular weekly group lessons or prefer to learn through intensive bi-monthly weekend courses.

The times of the group lessons can be found here.

Information about the Xingyi and Bagua courses can be found here.

XINGYI is very practical and direct in both usage and training methods.

It focuses on the universal principles on which both, "chinese boxing" and weapon use, are based upon.

BAGUA conditions the body to move in circles and spirals to prepare it to better understand how locks and throws, or "chinese wrestling", work.

We follow a dynamic training method, used by LUO DEXIU at his "YIZONG BAGUA" school in Taiwan.

It includes meditative health exercises, elegant forms, dynamic partner drills, and a systematical approach to teaching the techniques and tactics to fight both, armed and unarmed.

We dedicate about 1/3 of time to solo practices, and 2/3 to training with a partner.

The intensity can vary from standing meditation to light technical sparring.

If you want to ‘try out’ the techniques and tactics more freely and with greater intensity, combine them with the Sanda lessons.

To play with the weapon techniques, we also have a specific weapon sparring session.
